Learn the art of cheese making at Irene Hoeve. We invite you into our cheese makery and meet the cheese maker Jan and his wife Mieke
Jan comes in a couple time a week to make cheese in the morning so if you are here in the morning you might see the cheese maker at work
When Jan is attending his cows, one of Jan and Steven's family members will explain the cheese making
See and learn how clogs are made by hand from our clog maker and try on a pair of wooden shoes. Take pictures and enjoy the knowledge of our clog maker and family
Clog making demonstrations for groups are done on request in Dutch, English, German and French
Sample a variety of cheeses and experience the rich flavors of our cheese. All of our cheeses are homemade. To cleanse your pallet the cheeses are accompanied by delicious Dutch wine!
