Cheese Tasting
While tasting our cheeses, you will come across a lot of different types of cheese. There are 14 cheeses in total, so if you would like to taste them all, come and pay us a visit. The cheese tasting is always open when the store is open so if you like eating and trying out different types of cheese come fast and try them all!


Made from goat milk
These cheeses have been smoked on poplar wood for 45 minutes, which gives it a specific smoky flavor.
Made from raw milk

Expiration dates
Cheeses cannot survive for eternity. All cheeses have different experiation dates depending on if it is refrigerated or not, and even if its open or not.
While refrigerated and closed, cheeses can survive for 6 months, and if opened, 3 weeks.
While not refrigerated and closed,
cheeses can survive for 4 weeks, whenever you have opened it best place to keep it is inside the refrigerator.


Traveling with Cheese
If you want to bring your cheese home, a lot of people need to bring it with them on an airplane. If you're bringing a cheese on a aircraft, make sure your cheese is closed, because the wax layer that we put on our cheese counts as a vacuumed layer. All cheeses are allowed in your checked-in and hand luggage.
